Please join the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs for the workshop From Challenge to Solution (Problem solving and decision making).
This interactive workshop will strengthen your problem-solving and decision-making skills by exploring strategies for identifying challenges, generating creative solutions, and selecting effective courses of action in uncertain and complex situations. Through practical exercises and real-world scenarios, participants will learn to evaluate evidence, balance competing priorities, consider ethical implications, and make thoughtful, informed decisions with confidence. In the workplaces of 2035, the human capacity to diagnose and decide will remain indispensable.
